Valentine’s Day – The only reason why I like it is because I see tons of beautiful looks on my Instagram feed (joke). More seriously, February 14th means “Glamorous look” to me, and since it is tomorrow (I can’t believe how fast 2017 is going so far), I decided to make this Valentine’s Day glamorous makeup tutorial !
I previously hydrated my skin as I always do.
I use Too Faced Born This Way foundation, in the Vanilla tint. This foundation is truly awesome if your skin does not have a lot of imperfections. I apply it with the beauty blender, and it looks fab.
Born This Way concealer. I apply it with my beauty blender as well, under my eyes, and a bit on my chin and my nose to cover up my small redness area.
I apply DIORSKIN Forever Compact Powder, which is definitely my favorite of all time, to “blur” my skin even more and make it look flawless.
Time to give some dimension to your complexion ! I’m using this Sleek Makeup Face Form palette in light. It is the perfect palette to start with; the price is really affordable and the quality is pretty good. I’m only using the bronzer and the blush here. I’ve decided not to put too much bronzer for this look, as the eyes and lips will be pretty bold already !
Highlights ! Once again, I’m using a Sleek Makeup product, but it is the Precious Metals Highlighting palette this time.
It is my eyebrows, that I totally forgot (Can you believe that ??) when I started this makeup. That’s why you will suddenly see my eyebrow magically appear in step 9 ! Haha
I’m using Too Faced Bulletproof Brows in Brunette.
I’m using the Urban Decay Primer Potion to make sure my eye shadows stays perfect throughout the day (or night).
I start with my UD Naked Basics palette, putting the Naked 2 shade all over my eyelid.
I apply Venus on my brow bone and the inner corner of my eye.
Apply Faint at the outer eye corner, and blend it toward the middle of my eye.
Using the Makeup Revolution Fortune Favours The Brave palette, I apply the Drama Queen shade in the outer corner and along the bottom lash line.
I apply Creme on the middle of my mobile eyelid.
I’m using Kat Von D Tattoo Liner to make my winged eyeliner.
Apply mascara. I’m using Benefit Roller Lash at the moment, and to be honest it is not my favorite one. It’s okay to me, but I probably won’t buy it again since I am not a big fan of that kind of brush.
Put false lashes on. I has those for less than 2€ on Amazon.com 😉
And last but not least, I apply My favorite liquid lipstick ever, Beauty Bakerie Whip Lip in Cranberry Stiletto. The design of this lipstick is so much better now than it was when I bought that one !
And here you go beauties, your makeup is now finished and you’re ready to go ! 🙂 Dont forget to pin this post if you liked it !
Tell me in the comments if you’d like to see a complete swatch of the Makeup Revolution Fortune Favours The Brave palette, I think this palette is so beautiful !
Do you have a Valentine’s Day tutorial on your blog too ? I’d love to check it out !
